Extra economic features resp. upgrades on the Mailander 460 coater: YEAR 2001: Feeder valve controlled – original mechanical piston controlled; YEAR 2005: Scraper bar – compressed air adjustable; YEAR 2006: Coating head settings / roller parallelism - adjustable from operator side; YEAR 2009: Coating table - Pushing dogs – chain conveyor removed – Vacumatic System installed by KBA – pre scroll and rectangular sheets graded; Universal side lays -left and right pairs – register improvement for spot coating technology; YEAR 2011: Compressed air clutch for plain resp. spot coating use – depends full circumference or partially for defined sheet length – adjustable from operator side; YEAR 2013: Main gear box overhauled – drive side - gears complete – replaced by KBA.
